The Chocilo Melbourne Story

Chocilo Melbourne is a continuation of the Grisold family story. For many years Chocolatier Australia operated out of the Ivanhoe premises, as both a factory and retail shop.

After expanding the factory a couple of times to keep up with demand, in 2005 Chocolatier Australia moved to a purpose-built factory located in Bamfield Rd, West Heidelberg, keeping the Ivanhoe site as their retail outlet.

Eventually, John and Mark’s sister Joanne and her husband Bruce bought the shop. As the shop grew so did its range and in 2017 the shop changed its name to Chocilo Melbourne and a Cafe was added to the offering.

Chocilo Melbourne connects with their customers by offering a one-of-a-kind retail experience, excelling with high-quality chocolate, bespoke designs, and exceptional customer service. They have a seamless online order system and handle all of Chocolatier Australia’s online retail sales.
