The centrepiece of our gleaming production hub is an incredible piece of state-of-the-art chocolate making hardware—the only one of its type in the Asia-Pacific region—and watching it in operation is something to behold. It provides measurable efficiencies in manufacturing—up to 120,000 chocolates per shift—as well as a sustainable competitive advantage.
As remarkable as the machinery is, the traditional methods at the heart of our process are just as inspiring. Hand-crafted individual chocolate delicacies sit side by side with the best that technology can help us produce.
Our 4000m2 climate- and humidity-controlled warehouse provides the ultimate in storage all year round, for Chocolatier Australia-branded products as well as those of our national and international partners. Being within easy reach of the Melbourne CBD and logistics hubs, distribution is made very simple.
Of course, across our operations food safety is of paramount importance. We’re certified to top international standards, as confirmed by regular food safety audits.
